Full-Time Talent Sourcer - Pharmaceutical

The Talent Sourcer supports the recruitment team by identifying and engaging potential candidates.

Responsibilities:

1. Reviewing and posting job adverts to attract target candidates.
2. Reviewing and processing applications promptly.
3. Utilizing various sourcing methods (job boards, professional networks, databases) to find qualified candidates.
4. Initiating communication with candidates, building relationships, and providing relevant information.
5. Evaluating candidate qualifications through initial interviews.
6. Staying updated on industry trends to optimize sourcing strategies.
7. Maintaining accurate candidate data in applicant tracking systems (ATS).
8. Optimizing sourcing strategies based on agreed metrics.
9. Supporting recruiters with administrative tasks.
10. Promoting the employer brand and influencing others to leverage social media.
11. Coordinating feedback and ensuring a smooth candidate experience.
12. Seeking candidates from diverse backgrounds to enhance inclusivity.
13. Identifying process improvement areas and suggesting innovations.

Requirements:

• High School diploma required, bachelor's degree preferred.
• Successful completion of Sourcing Foundation training within 90 days.
• 5 years sourcing experience in pharmaceutical sector (regulatory affairs & R&D).
• Experience conducting preliminary candidate assessments.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS).
• Proficiency in sourcing methods (Boolean search).
• Strong interpersonal & communication skills.
• Effective time management & organizational skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Professional demeanor.
