Talent Strategy Partner enables the successful execution of functional talent strategies by closely partnering with HRBP leadership.
This role provides operational and project management expertise to bring strategic talent initiatives to life at scale.
Working behind the scenes, the Talent Strategy Partner translates business needs into actionable plans, coordinates cross-functional collaboration, and ensures alignment with enterprise-wide HR programs.

What You Get to Do in This Role:
- Partner with HRBPs to develop and operationalize the functional talent strategy, creating clear execution plans and tracking progress.
- Lead project management of function-specific talent initiatives, including major reorganizations, workforce planning efforts, and change management programs.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to assess headcount gaps, support workforce planning analysis, and drive action planning.
- Translate enterprise-wide HR initiatives into tailored execution plans for the function and track completion.
- Establish and execute HRBP-wide enablement operating mechanisms to streamline talent strategy implementation.
- Identify and mitigate risks, ensuring smooth execution of key talent programs.
- Drive change management efforts by assessing stakeholder readiness and executing activities that facilitate adoption.
- Manage data analysis and reporting on talent strategy outcomes, including key metrics and scorecard updates.
- Facilitate planning meetings, check-ins, and retrospectives to ensure transparency and accountability.
To be successful in this role you have:
- Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving.
- 8+ years of experience in HR operations, talent strategy, or project/program management.
- Strong collaboration skills with a proven ability to build relationships and trust with HRBPs and cross-functional teams.
- Experience in workforce planning, organizational transformation, and headcount strategy (a plus).
- Demonstrated ability to lead complex projects, manage multiple stakeholders, and drive execution.
- Strong analytical skills, including the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Expertise in change management, process improvement, and project management best practices.
- Highly organized with a structured approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
- Proficiency in cloud productivity and collaboration tools as well as Microsoft Office.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business Administration, Finance, HR Management, or a related field.
- (a plus) Previous experience as an HRBP or HR Generalist.
