Tax Compliance Analyst Responsibilities:
- Preparing, analyzing, and ensuring accuracy of tax filings.
- Complying with national and local tax regulations.
- Handling tax computations and reviewing tax returns.
- Monitoring tax payments for timely submission to BIR.
- Assisting with tax audits and maintaining tax records.
- Supporting tax planning and reporting activities to minimize tax liabilities while ensuring legal compliance.
Tax Application and Payments:
- Preparing, filing, and ensuring funding of tax remittances to BIR.
- Reconciling taxes remitted with books.
- Preparing applications for BIR permits (branch, ATP, donation, etc.).
- Assisting in BIR audit requirements.
- Safeguarding BIR documents.
- Uploading filed returns and reports to the storage and retention system.
- Coordinating with departments for necessary information and documents.
