Full-Time Tax Compliance Hub Manager

What will you be doing? As Tax Compliance Hub Manager, you will be part of the private client tax team working on tax advisory and tax compliance services for a wide range of clients.

Responsibilities include:

• Client work: managing HMRC enquiries, taking daily responsibility for a portfolio of compliance clients.
• Monitoring time limits and elections, reviewing HMRC correspondence, assisting Partners in complex planning/advisory projects.
• Billing and monitoring budgets, ensuring client deadlines are met.
• Delegating tasks and reviewing work.
• Ensuring client deadlines are met and procedures are adhered to.
• Coaching and training junior team members/trainees.
• Providing support to other staff and Partners on chargeable and non-chargeable work.

Skills and Experience:

• Significant private client tax experience in professional services or industry.
• Technically capable tax advisor for complex client work.
• Demonstrable experience managing people.
• Desire to grow business development skills.
• Strong IT skills.

• Strong written and interpersonal communication skills.
• Maintaining technical expertise and knowledge.

Qualifications and Education:

• Relevant professional qualifications (CTA and/or ACA).
