Full-Time Team Lead

This is an internal leadership role at Donna, not a client role.

As a Team Lead, you'll be one of the cornerstones of our talent development and retention strategy. You'll manage and coach a diverse team of 8-12 virtual Executive Assistants.

Responsibilities:

• Coach and develop a team of 8-12 virtual Executive Assistants
• Build strong trust and rapport with team members
• Conduct regular check-ins via Slack and video calls
• Manage team capacity, vacation requests, and leave scheduling
• Serve as primary HR contact for your team
• Champion team happiness and engagement

Need to haves:

• 3+ years of direct people management experience
• 3+ years of hands-on experience supporting executives and teams
• Proven experience managing remote teams
• Proven track record of developing and retaining team members
• Strong English communication skills (written and verbal)

Benefits:

• Fixed salary: ₱80,000 per month
• Work setup and schedule: Fully remote, Full-time, EST work hours (night shift Philippines), Monday to Friday
