Job Details
As Food & Beverage Team Leader you will:
- Organize daily operations of the Food & Beverage team
- Ensure 5-star service across all F&B areas
- Lead, motivate, and coordinate the team
- Communicate feedback to leadership
- Maintain guest satisfaction
- Conduct team training
- Collaborate with the culinary team
- Monitor staffing schedules
Requirements:
- Proven experience (2-3 years) in food and beverage service
- Leadership experience in hospitality
- Team management and motivational skills
- Excellent customer service orientation
- Proficiency in hotel management software
- Knowledge of food and beverage trends
- Ability to work flexible hours
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management preferred
- Current Food Safety Certification
- Responsible Service of Alcohol Certification
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication skills in English
