Your Responsibilities:
- Communicating with hiring managers to identify job openings and technical requirements.
- Screening applicants based on competency.
- Scheduling interviews (phone, video, in-person).
- Presenting suitable candidates to hiring managers.
- Offering job positions and handling paperwork.
- Tracking applicants and keeping them informed.
- Conducting onboarding, offboarding, and employee processes.
Ideal Candidate:
- Fluency in English (written and spoken).
- Previous recruitment experience with technical and business positions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to take initiative and build strong relationships.
