Retired.com is looking for a Tech Recruiter to scale their technology, corporate, and operations teams. This role involves attracting and hiring top technical and non-technical talent.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements.
- Develop sourcing strategies for roles in engineering, product, data, compliance, client service, and operations.
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process.
- Source candidates through platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, and Stack Overflow.
- Conduct candidate screenings for technical proficiency and cultural alignment.
- Build a strong talent pipeline.
- Improve recruiting processes and employer branding.
- Track hiring metrics and enhance recruiting efficiency.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- 3â5 years of recruiting experience in fintech, SaaS, or high-growth startups.
- Strong understanding of technical skill sets and business support functions.
- Proven success in sourcing passive candidates.
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
- Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS).
Nice to Haves:
- Experience recruiting in fintech, cryptocurrency, or blockchain.
- Strong network across technical and business communities.
- Familiarity with compliance, finance, or regulated industries.
- Understanding of modern tech stacks.
