Technical Product Manager, 100% remote position requiring travel 2-4 times yearly to WelbeHealth Centers.
Summary: Leading and building best-in-class data solutions for healthcare products and services aligned with strategic objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders for technical product requirements, user needs, technology trends, and regulatory requirements. Manage communication regarding development ROI, investment planning, changes, and program execution.
- Manage and maintain product backlog, defining user stories and acceptance criteria. Assess impact of defects, providing key input on decisions.
- Drive product development with engineering, solution architecture, domain SMEs, and healthcare professionals; ensure timely delivery of high-impact solutions. Act as liaison between business partners and technology.
- Develop and communicate a comprehensive product strategy considering provider and payer perspectives in healthcare.
- Participate in scrum ceremonies (solution design, backlog grooming, daily scrum, sprint planning, iteration reviews) to facilitate efficient product development.
- Possess strong technical understanding to effectively communicate with engineering teams, guide on technical feasibility and limitations.
- Champion user-centric design principles and collaborate with design teams for intuitive, user-friendly healthcare products.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in relevant field; relevant experience may substitute.
- 3+ years experience as RN, IDT Member, or Provider in clinical setting.
- 3+ years of product management experience in healthcare (provider and/or payer).
- 2+ years experience leading product teams and managing end-to-end product development and lifecycle management. Agile methodologies experience is a plus.
- Proven track record in product management, preferably in healthcare technology/software.
- Ability to define and analyze metrics for product success. Strong communication, collaboration, and negotiation skills; understand customer needs and translate them into actionable requirements.

Salary/Wage: $132,181 - $158,617 / year + bonus + equity.
