Full-Time Technical Recruiter

Job Duties:

• Attract, source, and conduct in-depth screenings to assess potential candidates for interest, technical skills, qualifications, and compensation expectations.
• Use creative sourcing techniques to identify talent for various positions.
• Partner with sales leads in hiring manager intake calls.
• Speak knowledgeably about candidate markets, provide information on rates and skill sets, and develop a professional network of top talent.
• Coordinate phone and video interviews.
• Negotiate and assess talent.
• Answer questions about skills and niche technologies.
• Network and maintain relationships with key talent.
• Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and innovative sourcing strategies.
• Attend contractor care events.
• Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Create unique Boolean search strings.
• Collaborate with the team.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or higher preferred.
• 2-4 years of recruiting experience, preferably in IT or Telecom.
• Strong people skills, energized by building relationships.
