Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Technical Recruiter to support high-volume recruiting needs. This contractor will focus heavily on sourcing and candidate management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage high-volume sourcing and candidate outreach.
- Screen resumes and pre-qualify candidates.
- Manage candidate communications.
- Partner with the HR Generalist to draft job descriptions.
- Coordinate interview scheduling.
- Conduct reference checks, background checks, and drug screens as needed.
- Maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS.
- Stay current on recruiting trends and sourcing tools.
- Provide regular updates to the HR Generalist.
Required Qualifications:
- 3+ years of recruiting experience.
- Demonstrated success with sourcing in high-volume recruiting environments.
- Strong knowledge of recruiting methods and ATS systems.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing platforms.
- Must be available during Eastern Time Zone business hours.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- U.S. Citizenship required.
