Job Details
Purpose of the Job: To establish and build candidate relationships, through networking via phone, and digital channels. Network to identify new business opportunities. Have an active candidate facing role, and responsible for candidate talent pools.
Key Functions:
- Candidate Management: Build and maintain client relationships, providing market intelligence and career advice. Ensure post-placement support.
- Collaborate with internal candidate consultant team to ensure talent delivery. Proactively talent pool and market opportunities via social media and job boards.
- Manage talent pools, ensuring prompt turnaround. Ensure all notes and information are stored in the CRM. Pass on market intelligence to consultants and leadership.
- Delivery Management: Support Consultants with candidate evaluation and shortlisting, including screening, interviewing, testing, and reference checking.
- Ensure timely communication with candidates. Collaborate and support the consultant team in candidate management, talent pooling, and delivery management.
- Compliance and Continuous Improvement: Ensure candidate compliance is completed and kept up to date. Ensure all candidate information and data are correctly filled out and put on our CRM.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and healthy workplace, adhering to company Health & Safety obligations. Maintain adherence to all company policies
Experience Required:
- Strong verbal communication skills
- Previous experience in either phone or face to face based sales or support
- Proven administration skills in a fast paced environment
- Background in the recruitment industry preferred
- Growth mind set
