Contractor Technical Recruiter

• Collaborate with your Talent Resource Manager to understand the requirements and qualifications for open roles.
• Use creative and strategic sourcing methods to identify potential candidates.
• Design talent recruitment team processes and systems to track and measure hires.
• Conduct outreach and engage with candidates to generate interest in open roles.
• Screen resumes and profiles to assess candidates’ qualifications.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates.
• Partner with recruiters to coordinate interviews.
• Track sourcing metrics and analyze data to improve strategies.
• Stay informed about trends in the tech job market.

• Experience in recruiting or sourcing technical roles.
• The ability to speak English and Spanish fluently.
• Exceptional self-starter mentality.
• Strong familiarity with sourcing platforms, tools, and techniques.
• Knowledge of technical skills, programming languages, and frameworks.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and candidate relationship management (CRM) tools is preferred.
• Experience in autonomous organizational environments.
