Full-Time Technical Solutions Consultant

Integrations Solutions Consultant is a pre-sales customer-facing role within the Global Revenue Organization.

Partners with prospects and clients to understand FloQast's integration ecosystem.

Engages with customers' IT, Financial Systems Admins, and end-users.

Consults and sells best practices for integrations (ERPs, Cloud Storage, SSO, Communication Tools, etc.).

Collaborates with Account Executives, Solutions Consultants, and Account Managers.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as SME for FloQast's integration ecosystem (APIs, connectors, SFTP, SAML).
• Demonstrate integration requirements to prospects, answer questions, and sell value.
• Strategize with Sales on next steps to gain technical buy-in.
• Collaborate with Product/Engineering on integration development.
• Keep customer-facing integration guides up-to-date and provide materials.
• Answer Sales team questions about integrations.
• Deliver integration test environments for proof-of-concepts.
• Write regular expressions for data processing in integrations.
• Other duties as needed.

Travel: Up to 25%.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years experience as a Solutions Engineer or in a related role (Financial Systems, IT).
• Deep understanding of IT infrastructure and pain points.
• Excellent communication skills (verbal & written).
• Ability to communicate technical concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience with ERP systems, integration, or migration.
• Experience with cloud storage and SSO solutions.
• Collaborative team player.
• Strong initiative and follow-through.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines.

Nice-to-Haves

• Degree in IT, Business Systems, or related field.
• Familiarity with scripting and data formats (regex, JSON, Python, SQL).
• Experience publishing/updating technical documentation.

Compensation: $95,000 - $125,000 base salary + commission.
