Full-Time Technical Trainer

Job Purpose: The incumbent will collaborate with global stakeholders and customers to deliver the Global Training Strategy using innovative methods.

Supports Training Analysis, Design, Delivery and Assurance. Delivers instructor-led training for internal and commercial customers.

Key Duties:

• Conduct training events in English and other languages.
• Develop training material (presentations, videos, handouts).
• Develop training programmes (agenda, method, framework conditions).
• Conduct T3 training for new trainers.
• Collaborate with Technical Writers, Service, and Products & Technologies.
• Evaluate feedback for improvements.
• Support digital training solutions.
• Ensure contracts are delivered on time and within budget.
• Provide guidance in Training Needs Analysis.
• Champion process improvement and quality information.
• Demonstrate leadership skills.
• Establish relationships with Marketing, Product Managers, and Service Managers.
• Provide consultancy in instructor-led training.

Technical Knowledge and Skills:

• Technical educational qualifications desirable.
• Respond to global staff across time zones.
• Present information to managers, clients, and customers.
• Proficient in MS Office.
• Ability to handle stressful situations.
