Job Purpose: The incumbent will collaborate with global stakeholders and customers to deliver the Global Training Strategy using innovative methods.
Supports Training Analysis, Design, Delivery and Assurance. Delivers instructor-led training for internal and commercial customers.
Key Duties:
- Conduct training events in English and other languages.
- Develop training material (presentations, videos, handouts).
- Develop training programmes (agenda, method, framework conditions).
- Conduct T3 training for new trainers.
- Collaborate with Technical Writers, Service, and Products & Technologies.
- Evaluate feedback for improvements.
- Support digital training solutions.
- Ensure contracts are delivered on time and within budget.
- Provide guidance in Training Needs Analysis.
- Champion process improvement and quality information.
- Demonstrate leadership skills.
- Establish relationships with Marketing, Product Managers, and Service Managers.
- Provide consultancy in instructor-led training.
Technical Knowledge and Skills:
- Technical educational qualifications desirable.
- Respond to global staff across time zones.
- Present information to managers, clients, and customers.
- Proficient in MS Office.
- Ability to handle stressful situations.
