Job Details
Brightspeed is seeking a Technical Trainer to enhance the performance and productivity of Operations Control Center (OCC) teams. This role involves creating training programs and learning solutions. Responsibilities include:
- Designing, developing, and delivering technical and process training for OCC teams (Dispatch, Repair, Advanced Support).
- Building and maintaining digital learning content (e-learning, videos, guides, simulations).
- Facilitating engaging training sessions in virtual and in-person formats.
- Assessing learning effectiveness and using data for continuous improvement.
- Collaborating with business partners to identify skill gaps and align training solutions with OCC goals.
- Maintaining learning records within the Brightspeed LMS.
- Reinforcing company policies and safety standards.
- Acting as a learning consultant to OCC leadership.
- Ensuring training materials reflect current systems and customer experience standards.
- Experience delivering technical or process training.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- 4+ years in instructional design, training delivery, and virtual facilitation.
- Strong ability to build engaging learning materials using digital tools.
- Experience measuring learning effectiveness.
- Skilled in using web conferencing tools and LMS.
- Ability to simplify complex technical concepts.
- Willingness to travel occasionally.
