Full-Time Technology Operations Associate

Position Summary:

The Technology Operations Associate will track vendors, tools, and interoperability, in addition to supporting RFPs. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a collaborative mindset to effectively manage relationships and support technology-related initiatives across the company. The ideal candidate is comfortable working with various teams, managing data, and ensuring smooth operations across the technology landscape.

What you will do:

1. Technology Solution Implementation: Identify, evaluate, and support the implementation of technology solutions to meet company needs. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless integration and adoption.
2. Stakeholder Collaboration: Work with stewards across the company to understand technology needs and provide solutions. Act as a liaison between internal teams and vendors during implementation.
3. Vendor Coordination: Assist in vendor selection and facilitate communication during the implementation process. Ensure a smooth transition before handing off vendor management to business stewards.
4. Technology Request Management: Track and prioritize technology requests from various departments. Maintain clear workflows from request to implementation.
5. Process Optimization & Documentation: Maintain accurate records of technology solutions and implementation processes. Continuously improve workflows to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

What you need:

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Management, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
• 1-3 years’ prior experience preferred
• Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with vendors, internal teams, and external stakeholders.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) for tracking, reporting, and communication.
• Familiarity with project management software (e.g., Trello, Asana, Microsoft Project) is a plus, with the ability to quickly adapt to new tools and systems.
• A proactive and problem-solving mindset, with a willingness to learn and grow in a technology-focused role.
• Willing to do other duties as assigned.
• Willingness and ability to travel (10%-20%)
