Full-Time Telehealth Dietitian

About the role:Foodsmart is seeking Registered Dietitians (RDs) to support the comprehensive nutrition care mission. Our Foodsmart RDs leverage Foodsmart's digital platform to provide nutrition and health consultations, helping members stretch their food dollar and improve health outcomes.

Role Expectations:

• Develop lasting relationships with patients for sustainable behavior change.
• Maintain high patient satisfaction (NPS > 80).
• Demonstrate passion for improving access to healthy, affordable food.

Responsibilities:

1. Provide individualized medical nutrition therapy (MNT) via remote sessions.
2. Conduct digital shop-alongs to guide patients on grocery purchases.
3. Support patients in completing nutrition assessments.
4. Document care in the electronic medical record (EMR).
5. Manage a panel of clients with various health conditions.
6. Communicate effectively with clients via HIPAA-compliant methods.

Qualifications:

• Active credentialing as a Registered Dietitian (CDR).
• At least one state licensure.
• Willingness to obtain additional licenses.
• Proactive and customer-advocate approach.
• Understanding of motivational interviewing.
• Experience working in a start-up environment.
• Strong clinical background and experience in motivating patients.
