Territory Account Manager for Hungary
As Territory Account Manager for Hungary, you will be fully responsible for all aspects of sales, from prospecting and lead generation to closing deals and expanding existing accounts. You will work independently to drive revenue.
- New Business Acquisition
- Independently identify, prospect, and acquire new customers in Hungary.
- Develop and execute a customer acquisition strategy.
- Drive the full sales cycle (lead generation, qualification, pitching, negotiations, and closing deals).
- Proactively engage with key decision-makers.
- Account Management & Growth
- Own and manage a portfolio of existing customers.
- Develop and implement account development plans for upsell and cross-sell.
- Regularly engage with customers to understand needs, present solutions, and expand business.
- Full Ownership of Sales Process & CRM Management
- Take full control of the entire sales process.
- Ensure sales activities and pipeline updates are accurately recorded in Salesforce.
- Analyze sales data, monitor performance, and report insights to leadership.
Key skills required:
- Proven experience in an independent sales role selling high-tech solutions.
- Strong ability to build a sales pipeline and close deals.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
- Strategic mindset with experience in creating sales plans.
- Familiarity with sales methodologies (e.g., MEDDIC, Miller-Heiman, TAS).
- Proficiency in Salesforce, Excel, and Microsoft Office.
- Fluent in English and Hungarian (written and spoken).
