Job Details
Sales position with a strong base salary and Incentive Commission plan. Increase unit sales and grow territory revenue and profitability.
Location requirement: Live in the Raleigh/Cary NC area.
Sales Focus: Direct hands-on selling to grow the Lab Water business. Experience selling water purification systems in this market is a plus.
Responsibilities:
- Hunter selling new opportunities in your territory.
- Develop territory business growth plan.
- Provide monthly sales updates.
- Manage an established customer base and sell new business.
- Meet/exceed sales goals.
Required skills
- Technical background (Chemistry, Biology, Engineering, Medical Tech, Environmental Engineering).
- Strong outside sales experience.
- Experience with Salesforce (CRM)
- Mature, good networking skills, well-organized.
Territory: North Carolina (potential expansion to Washington DC and Maryland). 60% travel expected, depending on territory demands.
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years selling experience in a technical/scientific field.
Compensation: $87,000 - $105,000 base salary plus commission. Competitive benefits and growth opportunities.
