REMOTE - US
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Support total rewards programs (compensation, benefits, stock administration). Evaluate jobs, determine grades, and develop salary ranges. Administer global long-term incentive programs (RSUs, cash plans). Utilize survey tools for global compensation programs. Participate in salary surveys. Analyze market data to forecast trends and inform program design.
Design and implement process automation tools for total rewards colleagues.
Conduct data analysis to address complex business needs, supporting diverse populations.
Maintain relationships with stakeholders to provide guidance on total rewards policies.
Assess HR data requests and provide analyses for Finance, Audit, etc.
Account for vendor invoices and billing.
Address employee total rewards questions.
PERSONAL AND PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS: 3-5 years experience in HR, Compensation, or Finance, in a multinational company or consulting environment.
Meticulous attention to detail.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Suite and Workday.
Strong analytical, financial, and spreadsheet skills.
Ability to present complex analyses clearly.
Experience working with multiple stakeholders.
Strong project management skills.
Excellent customer service skills.
EDUCATION: Bachelor’s Degree
