Job SummaryThis position focuses on improving the Total Rewards customer experience by overseeing daily operations, managing the Compensation & Benefits Operations team, coordinating cross-functional deliverables, serving as the key liaison between the business and the Operations team, and providing essential time management and program support to People team leadership.
As the primary driver of Total Rewards delivery, this role involves leading a diverse team and collaborating with stakeholders across various regions and cultures to ensure smooth execution and alignment with the organization’s objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Team Management: This role will take primary responsibility for the daily running and management of the Compensation & Benefits Operations team to ensure the delivery of world-class services.
- Program & Operational Excellence: Focused on delivering timely, accurate, and continuously improving services across all defined and ad-hoc programs and processes, this role will ensure that Endava stakeholders receive high-quality support.
- Leadership Support: Utilizing subject matter expertise, this role will assist with the planning and execution of both planned and ad-hoc projects or initiatives within the broader Total Rewards and People Team.
- Data and Systems Integrity: Ensuring data and systems across teams are error-free and efficient, this role will work to remove roadblocks, providing the necessary tools for end-users to successfully carry out Total Rewards-related tasks.
- Compliance Ready: This role will ensure the Total Rewards function remains compliant with both internal and external regulations, guaranteeing that services align with audit guidelines and meet all required standards.
Stakeholder ManagementThis role requires close collaboration with multiple functions to coordinate efforts and ensure world-class service delivery.
Organizational Profile
- Work experience in highly matrixed organizations with globally distributed teams reporting into a centralized structure.
- Experience of working on HR harmonization/standardization as a result of Mergers and Acquisitions.
- Demonstrated experience and success with driving the development and socialization of Total Rewards programs, processes, policies, and projects, with a strong emphasis on stakeholder management and aligning expectations.
Subject Matter Knowledge
- Demonstrated experience and knowledge of the Total Rewards landscape in the Technology sector, with a global focus.
- Expertise and proficiency in compensation modelling.
- Good knowledge of laws and regulations related to base, incentive compensation and equity programs.
- Familiarity with broad Total Reward methodologies (e.g., Mercer, WTW, Radford).
Communication and Leadership
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret and communicate data effectively.
- Proficient in Excel for data analysis.
- Strong time management and prioritization skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, particularly when working with senior management.
Education and ExperienceBachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business, Human Resources, or a related field, with 3-5+ years of progressive management experience in Total Rewards.
