Are you passionate about learning, technology, and customer success? We’re looking for a Training Coordinator to lead and grow our training business in the industrial robotics space.
You’ll shape the future of robotics training in a region full of opportunity.
Experience in training coordination, instructional design, or corporate learning.
Familiarity with PLCs, robot programming, or industrial automation is a plus.
Strong communication skills and a proactive, independent mindset.
English proficiency (min. B2).
Valid driving license.
Native speaker Czech language.
You’ll shape the future of robotics training in a region full of opportunity.
- Drive the training revenue budget across Central & Southeast Europe.
- Build strong relationships with customers and identify new training opportunities.
- Design and deliver engaging training programs—both standardised and tailored.
- Coordinate training activities across multiple training centres to ensure consistency and quality.
- Apply instructional design principles and stay ahead of industry and learning trends.
- Support technical teams and customers with your robotics and automation expertise.
Experience in training coordination, instructional design, or corporate learning.
