Full-Time Training & Development Manager

• Analyze skills, workflows, and knowledge gaps across different teams
• Assist in designing development paths for junior–senior roles, including onboarding, upskilling, and leadership readiness
• Collaborate with team leads and subject-matter experts to align training with quality standards and performance goals
• Create engaging formats: simulations, live coaching, on-demand content, playbooks
• Measure impact through performance and behavioral data
• Help foster a culture of continuous learning across different projects, shifts, and time zones.

Requirements:

• 1+ year of experience in Learning & Development, training coordination, or a related role
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Understanding of how learning initiatives can influence performance metrics and overall business outcomes
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, multicultural environment
• Instructional design and facilitation skills

Will be a plus:

• Experience working with support or marketing teams
• Familiarity with e-learning tools or learning management systems (LMS)
