Description
• Promote and sell a wide range of travel packages to customers. • Understand customers' travel needs and preferences to recommend suitable travel packages. • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction and resolving any issues or concerns. • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster repeat business and referrals. • Stay updated with industry trends, travel regulations, and destination information to provide accurate and up-to-date information to customers. • Coordinate with airlines, hotels, and other travel suppliers to secure reservations and ensure smooth travel experiences for customers. • Manage booking systems and handle all necessary paperwork and documentation. • Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the company. • Stay up-to-date with sales techniques and attend training sessions to continuously improve sales skills.
Requirements
• Proven experience in sales, preferably in the travel or hospitality industry. • Passion for travel and strong knowledge of popular travel destinations. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Customer-oriented mindset with a strong focus on providing exceptional customer service. • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships. • Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment. • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills. • Proficiency in using computer systems and booking software. • Highly organized with excellent time management skills. • High school diploma or equivalent. Additional education or certification in travel and tourism is a plus.
