The University Talent Acquisition Partner/Recruiter represents RR Donnelley to external parties, marketing the company and jobs to attract talent, focusing on university students for entry-level roles and internships. The position manages internal relationships and processes to ensure candidate experience.
Responsibilities:
- Support job postings for university recruitment programs, internships, and entry-level roles.
- Develop relationships with university career services, faculty, and student organizations.
- Plan and execute university recruitment events.
- Manage university relations projects.
- Educate hiring managers on university recruiting best practices.
- Perform all phases of the recruitment life cycle.
- Write job advertisements and upload them into the Applicant Tracking System.
- Plan sourcing strategies and proactively source candidates.
- Qualify applicants based on responsibilities, qualifications, and competencies.
- Coordinate and perform interviews.
- Provide managers with insight to make informed decisions.
- Negotiate offers and sell candidates on RRD.
- Ensure compliance with regulations.
- Build sourced candidate pools.
- Network to build recruiting and business knowledge.
- Work with HR groups.
- Perform other duties.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in full recruitment life cycle, focusing on university recruitment, internships, and entry-level hiring.
- Experience sourcing candidates using Handshake and other mediums.
- Experience planning and executing career fairs.
- Strong project management skills.
- Experience managing full recruiting life cycle.
- Ability to prioritize tasks.
- Experience utilizing ATS.
- Intermediate Boolean search knowledge.
- Experienced negotiating.
- Ability to build relationships.
- Exceptional communication skills.
- Familiarity with behavioral-based interviewing preferred.
- Ability to learn employment regulations.
