Full-Time University Talent Acquisition Partner/Recruiter

• Support job postings creation/updating for university programs.
• Develop relationships with university career services and student organizations.
• Plan and execute university recruitment events.
• Manage university relations projects.
• Educate hiring managers on university recruiting best practices.
• Perform all phases of the recruitment life cycle.
• Write job advertisements and upload them into the Applicant Tracking System.
• Plan sourcing strategies and proactively source candidates.
• Qualify applicants based on responsibilities, qualifications, and competencies.
• Coordinate and perform interviews.
• Negotiate offers, selling candidates on choosing RRD.
• Ensure compliance with regulations.
• Build candidate pools and maintain communication.
• Network to build recruiting and business knowledge.
• Work with HR groups.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in full recruitment life cycle, focusing on university recruitment.
• Experience sourcing candidates, including using Handshake.
• Experience planning and executing career fairs.
• Strong project management skills.
• Experience managing full recruiting life cycle.
• Ability to prioritize tasks.
• Experience utilizing ATS.
• Boolean search knowledge.
• Experienced negotiating.
• Ability to build relationships.
• Exceptional communication skills.
• Familiarity with behavioral-based interviewing.
• Ability to learn employment regulations.
