Position Summary: An UX Designer II is part of our Precision digital team focused on Account Solutions AccessGenius implementations. AccessGenius is a market access pull-through solution for biopharmaceutical clients. Products include interactive platforms and tools to optimize sales and marketing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop expertise in UX design, project management, communication, and biopharmaceutical commercialization.
- Collaborate with mentors and leadership to understand project initiation and management.
- Collaborate with Account Solutions team to understand project requirements.
- Design content for digital sales presentations, email, and print materials.
- Use current and future design trends while adhering to fundamental design principles. Stay updated on software and computer technologies.
- Design layouts incorporating text, iconography, images, etc.
- Modify, proofread, and revise existing designs.
- Develop project plans and execute them.
- Communicate project accomplishments, risks, and mitigation plans to team members.
- Provide design support to Account Solutions team marketing and training.
- Present design concepts to internal clients.
- Leverage Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, XD, Illustrator), Figma, HTML, and Sketch to create designs.
- Work independently to complete projects for Medical, Legal, Regulatory review, and application development.
- Maintain quality of work, seeking improvements, and working efficiently.
- Collaborate effectively, communicating ideas and concepts.
- Develop understanding of market and payer data to improve client engagement.
- Report status, concerns, and risks for client deliverables.
- Assist with training and consultation of partner teams.
- Mentor team members and provide audit support.
Qualifications:
- Required: Bachelor's degree in UX or Creative Design, 3-6 years experience (internship or equivalent), Availability to work EST and potentially outside standard hours, Reliable internet connection, Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Sketch, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), Ability to travel up to 5%.
- Preferred: Adobe Creative Suite experience, MS Office, Project Management Software, Project Coordination experience, Basic HTML knowledge.
