Full-Time UX UI Designer

We are looking for a talented and passionate UX/UI Designer to join our remote team. You will be responsible for designing visually appealing, functional, and user-centric interfaces for web and mobile applications. You will also work on wireframing, interactive prototyping, and creating seamless and engaging user experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• UI Design: Create aesthetically pleasing and user-friendly mobile and web application designs, following established guidelines or defining new ones.
• Wireframing & Prototyping: Develop detailed wireframes and interactive prototypes using Figma to define user flows and structures.
• User Experience (UX): Implement optimized UX strategies to enhance user navigation and overall experience.
• User Interface (UI): Develop innovative and visually appealing UI designs that align with current graphic trends and standards.
• Compliance with Apple Guidelines: Design mobile interfaces in accordance with iOS Human Interface Guidelines to ensure a smooth and intuitive user experience.
• Responsive Design for WebApps: Adapt web interfaces for an optimal experience across different screens, considering the specific requirements of responsive design.
• Understanding Client Briefs: Accurately interpret client requests, deliver high-quality designs aligned with their expectations, and ensure outstanding visual outputs.
• Strong Artistic Vision: Demonstrate advanced artistic sense in typography, layout, and graphic design to achieve the best possible look and feel.
• Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with other designers and project management teams.
• Trend Monitoring & Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on the latest UX/UI trends in Europe and the US and integrate best practices to enhance design quality.
• Time Management: Handle multiple design projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and prioritizing effectively.
• Quality Control: Ensure the accuracy and quality of deliverables to maintain high design standards.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years in brand design or graphic design, preferably in an agency setting.
• Fluent in English
• Advanced proficiency in Figma, including interactive prototyping, design systems, and components.
• Strong command of Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
• Theoretical knowledge of HTML and CSS to understand web integration constraints.
• Solid understanding of best practices in digital design and web production techniques.
• Ability to create comprehensive visual guidelines and coherent design systems.
• Expertise in web production techniques and asset optimization.
• Artistic & Design Skills: Strong skills in typography, layout, and graphic design for visually impactful projects.
• Deep understanding of best practices in digital design.
• A robust portfolio demonstrating a creative approach and successful execution of diverse brand projects.
• Understanding of Design Standards: Strong grasp of Western design standards and trends.
• Mastery of European and U.S. graphic design codes is essential.

Our Hiring Process:

• Initial Interview: A conversation to assess experience and team compatibility
• English Validation Interview: 30 minute conversation
• Technical Test: A practical assignment to be completed within four days after the interview
• Onboarding: If the test is successful, immediate integration with an onboarding phase to familiarize with internal tools and processes
