Full-Time Veterinary Campus Recruiting Specialist

• Lead the design, coordination, and facilitation of veterinary student wetlabs.
• Serve as a visible and trusted clinical ambassador at universities and conferences.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with veterinary schools.
• Collaborate to develop and implement strategic campus recruiting initiatives.
• Conduct outreach and relationship management with students.
• Partner with regional and hospital leaders to identify externship placement opportunities.
• Coordinate and manage campus events and sponsorship opportunities.
• Support the maintenance of a robust Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and CRM.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition, Marketing, and Operations teams.

• Credentialed Veterinary Technician (CVT, RVT, or LVT).
• 3–5 years of clinical veterinary experience.
• Passion for mentorship and empowering veterinary students.
• Strong presentation and public speaking skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Highly organized and self-directed.
• Experience with event coordination preferred.
• Comfort with technology and social media.
• Must reside within 25 miles of a major airport; passport required.

• Experience facilitating wetlabs or educational events.
• Previous involvement in veterinary recruiting or campus relations.
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) or CRM software.
• Bachelor’s degree in Animal Science or related field.
