Full-Time Veterinary Regional Manager - NC/SC

• Leadership and management: Oversee and lead practice managers.
• Work with practice managers on operations including staffing, inventory, budgeting, employee and client scheduling, marketing, employee training, and human resources.
• Act as a key resource to the managing veterinarian, building a strong relationship and incorporating their feedback.
• Collaborate with the VP of Operations to review financial reports and develop strategies.
• Review non-financial reports and drive improvement plans.
• Responsible for post-acquisition integration.
• Expected to travel to practices 4 days per week.

• Strong communication, team-building and leadership skills.
• Highly organized and able to manage time effectively.
• 3+ years of experience managing multiple locations in the veterinary industry.
• Self-starter in an entrepreneurial environment.
• Strong analytical skills and experience reviewing budgets and financial statements.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required.
• Must live within or relocate to NC/SC region.
