Strategic Leadership
Develop and execute a comprehensive people strategy aligned with MGA Homecare’s mission, values, and business goals.
Partner with senior leadership and market operators to align people initiatives with organizational priorities and future growth opportunities.
Serve as a trusted advisor to the executive team, providing insights and recommendations on workforce trends and challenges.
People Operations
Oversee the People Operations team to ensure seamless processes in onboarding, compliance, and employee lifecycle management.
Oversee the design and execution of performance review processes, ensuring annual reviews are meaningful, transparent, and aligned with MGA Homecare’s goals.
Collaborate with leadership to develop clear career progression frameworks, supporting employee growth through promotions, development, and personalized career pathways.
Employee Relations
Lead the Employee Relations team to proactively address workplace concerns and foster a culture of trust, fairness, and open communication.
Oversee the development of training and resources for leadership to effectively manage workplace dynamics, lead their team(s) and foster employee development.
Benefits & Total Rewards
Drive the implementation and sustainment of innovative benefits and total rewards strategies to attract and retain top talent, ensuring programs remain competitive and aligned with employee needs.
Regularly analyze market data and employee feedback to evolve offerings, maximizing employee satisfaction and engagement.
Lead the Benefits Team in establishing thorough, comprehensive and equitable processes around Leave of Absence administration, Accommodation administration, compensation and total rewards.
People Experience Analytics
Establish and monitor metrics that drive successful outcomes for people strategy (retention, turnover, etc.).
Partner with internal stakeholders to produce required state, federal and agency compliance reporting (examples: EEOC, OSHA, etc.).
Lead initiatives to measure and enhance employee engagement, leveraging data to implement impactful changes.
Culture & Engagement
Create and sustain a thriving workplace culture that prioritizes employee well-being, recognition, excellence and growth.
Coach employees and leaders throughout the organization.
Mentor and lead members of the People Experience team.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (advanced degree preferred).
10+ years of progressive leadership experience in human resources or people strategy roles, with expertise in overseeing multiple HR functions.
Proven track record of developing and executing people-focused strategies that drive business results.
Strong understanding of employment laws, compliance, and best practices in employee relations, benefits, and total rewards.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a collaborative and inclusive leadership style.
Ability to analyze data and insights to inform decisions and measure the impact of initiatives.
Healthcare experience required
