Full-Time Virtual Assistant Program Director

Assistant Program Director is responsible for coordinating all admissions into the program.

Responsibilities:

• Coordination of all admissions into the program.
• Documentation training and chart reviews.
• Ensuring all charts are up-to-date daily, and documentation is complete.
• Direct supervision of all daily milieu activities, ensuring adherence to the posted schedule.
• Collaboration with the Administrator/Director to develop program in-service training and continuing education.
• Supervision of all milieu activities, ensuring services align with the Discovery Mission Statement.
• Supervision of Counseling treatment staff, in collaboration with the Administrator/Director.
• Implementation of continual quality improvement activities for the treatment program.
• Participation in the interview process for prospective counseling staff.
• Arranging and coordinating all admissions with the admissions department and facility.
• Availability by telephone evenings and weekends for crisis/emergency transfers.
• Completion/overseeing of monthly medical record reviews.
• Providing feedback and retraining to staff based on medical record reviews.
• Evaluation and appraisal of each member of the counseling staff, and preparation of a written annual performance review.
• Facilitating disciplinary actions (in collaboration with the Administrator/Director, Operations Department, and potentially the Human Resource Manager).
• Arrangement of staff coverage to meet program needs.

Qualifications:

• Required: Master's degree or Doctorate preferred, LMFT, PhD, PsyD, or LSCS (or state-specific) license, two years' experience in acute, residential, outpatient, or hospital settings, some management experience.
