Full-Time Virtual Group Facilitator- Eating Disorders

Group Facilitator Responsibilities:

Facilitates group therapy at RTC and Inpatient level of care.

• Participates in de-escalation/crisis intervention, if needed.
• Communicates pertinent information to primary treatment team.
• Collaborates with Clinical Manager, Program Coordinator, Executive Director, and other staff to develop comprehensive therapy/evaluation/treatment programs.
• Facilitates clinical groups.
• Supports patient meals.
• Ensures documentation adheres to state/payer requirements.
• Attends weekly treatment team/clinical meetings.
• Acts as liaison with multidisciplinary treatment team.
• Participates in company training, webinars, and meetings.
• Adheres to HIPAA privacy rules.
• Completes other job-related tasks as assigned by Supervisor.

Schedule:

Full-time, Monday-Friday, 11:00 PM - 7:00 PM.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• May be working toward a Masters degree.
• Experience in behavioral healthcare preferred.
• Understanding of the therapeutic process, confidentiality laws, and professional ethics.
