Full-Time Virtual Mental Health Group Facilitator

Group Facilitator provides therapeutic treatment in hosting groups in Discovery Mood & Anxiety Program California IOP via telehalth. You will facilitate scheduled groups and document sessions in our EMR.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Clinical Director and/or Program Director and other professional staff to develop comprehensive program of therapy, evaluation, and treatment.
• Deliver appropriate topics to scheduled groups.
• Complete all group notes immediately after leading each group.
• Document all services provided in client medical record.
• Know company policy and procedures, DMHAS and Joint Commission standards and regulations.
• Adhere to all regulations and maintain accurate and timely client charting in compliance with clinical guidelines.
• Participate in staff meetings, providing training on therapeutic services and mental health topics.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Clinical Director, including individual client support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in relevant field
• Experience in behavioral healthcare
• Maintain all applicable licenses and certification requirements

Schedule

• Fall-time position, Monday-Friday, 12-8:30pm
