Full-Time Virtual Mental Health Group Facilitator

Group Facilitator provides therapeutic treatment in hosting groups in Discovery Mood & Anxiety Program California IOP via telehealth.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborates with Clinical Director and/or Program Director and other professional staff to develop a comprehensive program of therapy, evaluation, and treatment.
• Delivers appropriate topics to scheduled groups.
• Completes all group notes immediately after leading each group.
• Documents all services provided in client medical records.
• Maintains knowledge of company policy and procedures, DMHAS and Joint Commission standards and regulations.
• Adheres to regulations and maintains accurate and timely client charting in compliance with clinical guidelines.
• Participates in staff meetings, providing training on therapeutic services and mental health topics.
• Performs other duties as assigned by the Clinical Director, including meeting with clients individually for support.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field.
• Experience working in behavioral healthcare.
