Full-Time Virtual Mental Health Group Facilitator

Group Facilitator provides therapeutic treatment in hosting groups in Discovery Mood & Anxiety Program California IOP via telehealth.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborates with Clinical Director and/or Program Director and other professional staff to develop comprehensive program of therapy, evaluation, and treatment.
• Deliver appropriate topic to scheduled groups.
• Complete all group notes immediately after leading each group.
• Document all services provided in clients' medical record.
• Know company’s policy and procedures, DMHAS and Joint Commission standards and regulations.
• Adhere to all regulations and maintain accurate and timely client charting in compliance with clinical guidelines.
• Participate in staff meetings, providing training regarding therapeutic services and mental health topics.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Clinical Director (including client individual support).

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in relevant field
• Experience in behavioral healthcare
