Full-Time Virtual Physician Assistant

One Medical is seeking a highly motivated Physician Assistant to join our growing virtual medical team. We are looking for a passionate and experienced PA who is comfortable working remotely and providing exceptional patient care via telehealth.

Responsibilities:

• Treating patients via telehealth visits (telephonic triage, video visits, email follow-ups).
• Participating in weekly clinical rounds and continuous learning opportunities.
• Collaborating with virtual and in-office teammates through daily huddles.
• Utilizing clinical training to provide exceptional patient care virtually.

Qualifications:

• Completed accredited PA program with national certification.
• Licensed in DC with ability to obtain additional state licenses.
• 2+ years of experience as an Advanced Practitioner in an outpatient primary care setting (seeing patients of all ages) or urgent care/emergency medicine setting (seeing patients of all ages) in the past 5 years.
• Ability to work weekday and weekend shifts (every other Saturday and Sunday).
• Ability to work afternoons and evenings.
• Strong clinical and communication skills.
• Passion for human-centered primary care.
• Ability to communicate with and provide care to individuals of diverse backgrounds.
• Proficiency in using technology to deliver high-quality care.
• Knowledge of evidence-based primary care practices.
• Desire to be part of a team dedicated to changing healthcare delivery.
• Openness to feedback and reflection.
• Ability to navigate uncertain situations with patients and colleagues.
• Adaptability in personal and interpersonal behavior.
