VP, Client Services Responsibilities:
Owns senior-level client and agency partner relationships, beyond day-to-day operations.
Responsible for client retention, maintaining executive- and senior-level relationships, and identifying new opportunities with existing clients.
Assesses and manages risk associated with clients and agency partners; meets client and company goals for financial health, targets, and objectives.
Leads coordination and development of integrated marketing plans internally and with external agency partners.
Requires strong thought leadership within the company and industry; brings new services to clients frequently, showcasing the depth of company offerings.
Required Experience and Skills:
12-15 years of agency, consultative, pharmaceutical, or healthcare experience.
Thought leader in integrated and digital marketing and communications.
Self-sufficient and self-motivated; independently manages major clients and brands.
Demonstrated P&L targets met through existing and expansion business opportunities.
Proven leadership and mentoring skills.
Leads cross-functional project teams.
Negotiates and executes agreements.
Creative thinker with analytical skills.
Collaborates effectively at all levels.
Understanding of technical development and processes.
Demonstrated problem-solving skills.
Determines staffing needs within account and extended teams.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Journalism, or Communications.
Excellent written, presentation, and verbal communication skills.
Excellent interpersonal skills; interacts effectively with clients and company personnel.
Travel required.
