VP, Client Services, Medical Communications
Provide strategic guidance in developing, delivering and leading tactical medical communications programming. An extension of the client team, you are the day-to-day relationship lead, addressing concerns and identifying opportunities. Accountable for engaging appropriate Eversana experts for client counsel.
Oversee delivery for assigned clients, ensuring all efforts are on strategy, on budget, timely and meet best-in-class Eversana InTouch service standards.
Establish cross-collaboration with internal teams and agency partners, fostering relationships to support work delivery.
Provide clients with research, analytical metrics and strategic insight to facilitate recommendations for effective solutions. Oversee project delivery and financial progress.
Own strategic leadership of MedComm brand planning for accounts.
Maintain client relationships, addressing needs, concerns and escalations. Research, develop, and collaborate to enhance integrated solutions.
Demonstrate commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion through continuous development, inclusive behaviors, and proactive bias management.
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree (ideally in communication/marketing, biologic sciences, pharmacy, or scientific field).
Required Experience: 10-12 years related industry experience; client-side brand team, consultative, medical communications, medical affairs, promo medical education agency/division, or pharmaceutical experience.
Expertise: Digital, media and technology transformation in medical communications. Managing scientific communications programs. Strong leadership and mentoring skills.
Other Key Responsibilities: Account staff team development, operational delivery of compliant medical communications solutions, directing content development, HCP advocacy, omnichannel content development/distribution, financial tracking and budget management, communicating with client teams and senior leadership, and strong presentation skills.
Compensation: $159,000 - $225,000 (US only)
