VP, Client Services, Medical Communications
Provide strategic guidance in developing, delivering, and leading tactical medical communications programming.
Act as an extension of the client team, handling day-to-day relationship management, addressing concerns, and identifying opportunities.
Ensure engagement of appropriate EVERSANA experts for effective client solutions.
Oversee delivery of assigned client business scope, ensuring all efforts align with strategy, budget, timelines, and best-in-class EVERSANA INTOUCH services.
Guide matrix team in contracted work delivery.
Establish cross-collaboration with internal teams and agency partners, fostering strong relationships for successful project delivery.
Provide clients with research, analytical metrics, and strategic insights for effective recommendations.
Oversee project delivery and financial progress according to EI SOP.
Own strategic leadership of MedComm brand planning for accounts.
Maintain client relationships, addressing needs, concerns, and escalations.
Research, develop, and collaborate to improve integrated solutions offerings from EVERSANA INTOUCH.
Demonstrate a commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion (DE&I).
Education & Experience
Bachelor's and/or master's degree in communication/marketing, biologic sciences, pharmacy, or related field.
Approximately 10-12 years of related experience in client-side brand teams, consultative roles, medical communications, medical affairs, or promo medical education agencies.
Expertise & Skills
Expertise in digital, media, and technology transformation in medical communications.
Proven results managing scientific communications programs (scientific platform to peer-to-peer communications).
Strong leadership and mentoring skills (guiding large teams and multiple clients).
Proven understanding of operational delivery of compliant medical communications solutions in the US.
Experience supporting medical affairs and/or medical education pharma clients.
Expertise in content development, HCP advocacy, and peer-to-peer educational programming across channels.
Omnichannel content development, distribution, and measurement expertise.
Accuracy in reviewing junior team scopes.
Accountability for financial tracking, client budget management, and communication with client teams and senior leadership.
Strong presentation and problem-solving skills, grace under pressure, proactive guidance, and clear path-forward creation.
