VP, Human Resources, Global Sales will play a critical role in shaping the future of our workforce.
Responsibilities include:
- Strategic Workforce Planning: Develop and implement a comprehensive workforce planning strategy aligning with business goals.
- AI Integration: Leverage AI technologies to enhance HR processes (talent acquisition, performance management, employee engagement).
- Business Partnership: Partner with the Global EVP of Worldwide Sales, providing strategic insight into the business unit's direction and contributing to organization design & development.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Use data and trends to inform business leadership and measure success, developing proactive actions based on insights to improve HR processes.
- Leadership and Team Development: Act as a strategic HR lead, consultant, and coach to senior leaders, enabling their people leadership capabilities and maximizing their impact.
- Diversity and Inclusion: Manage and assemble a diverse and inclusive team impacting organizational success.
- Senior Leadership Experience: Proven experience leading a large, multi-national team, supporting Global Sales Leadership.
- Executive Client Support: Extensive experience in direct client support, management coaching, team development, and management.
- Strategic Sales Expertise: Demonstrated experience in Sales GTM and Compensation Plan design.
- Exceptional Interpersonal Skills: Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, problem-solving, collaboration, and relationship building.
- Adaptability: Ability to thrive in an unstructured, high-growth, fast-paced environment.
- Complex Issue Management: Ability to manage multiple complex issues and prioritize projects concurrently.
- HR Expertise: Ability to excel at all levels of the HR "stack" - strategic, operational, and tactical.

Compensation: $247,300 - $420,500, plus equity, variable/incentive compensation, and benefits. Sales positions offer competitive On Target Earnings (OTE) incentives. Individual compensation varies based on qualifications, skill level, competencies, and location.
