Full-Time VP Talent

The Vice President of Talent will oversee all aspects of the talent lifecycle, including Talent Acquisition (TA), Talent Development, Employee Engagement, Culture & Values, and Learning & Organizational Development (L&OD). Reporting to the Chief People Officer.

Key Responsibilities

• Talent Acquisition (TA): Transform TA into a strategic partner to the business, shifting from a tactical, execution-focused function to a proactive driver of talent strategy. Leverage data analytics to optimize DEI, quality of hire, and cost per hire.
• Talent Development: Design and implement career development programs. Collaborate with People Partners to identify skill gaps and deploy targeted development initiatives.
• Employee Engagement: Drive creative initiatives to boost employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention. Use data from engagement surveys to craft tailored strategies.
• Culture & Values: Embed company culture and values across the global workforce. Innovate and adapt cultural initiatives.
• Develop & Implement DEI Strategies: Create and execute DEI initiatives aligned with the company's mission.
• Learning & Organizational Development (L&OD): Design and deliver impactful training programs focused on leadership development and soft skills.
• Leadership & Team Management: Lead a small, high-performing Talent team.
• Strategic Partnership: Act as a trusted advisor to the CPO and senior leaders.

What We Are Looking For

• Experience: Minimum of 15 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years leading people or the Talent function. Demonstrated success in a global setting.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).
• Skills & Competencies: Expertise in Talent Assessment; strong L&OD background; hands-on leadership; exceptional collaboration skills; data-savvy; culturally astute; knowledge of employment laws.
• Attributes: Creative, innovative, passionate about building talent solutions, strategic yet pragmatic, collaborative, data-driven, culturally astute.
