Job Details
Imagine yourself as part of Visa’s People Systems team. As Manager HCM Systems, you will be responsible for configuring and maintaining the core HCM system and supporting Workday and external system touchpoints. You will work closely with HR, IT, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure the systems are functioning properly.
Basic Qualifications: 5+ years of relevant work experience with a Bachelors Degree or 2+ years with an Advanced degree.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Analyze, design, configure, test, implement, and maintain the systems that support mobility and total rewards programs.
- Create and maintain the systems documentation.
- Coordinate with HR subject matter experts to define requirements.
- Manage relationships with HR stakeholders to identify and address issues and provide timely support.
- Seek continuous improvement opportunities and participate in new release feature reviews.
- Perform unit and quality assurance testing.
- Develop and enhance working knowledge through training to become a subject matter expert.
- Conduct root cause analysis of problems and recommend system and product enhancements.
Basic Qualifications: 5+ years of relevant work experience with a Bachelors Degree or 2+ years with an Advanced degree.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 6+ years of work experience with a Bachelors Degree or 4+ years with an Advanced Degree.
- 3+ years’ experience with Workday HCM and Security configurations.
- Experience with Workday EIBs, calculated fields, advanced custom reports, and dashboards
- Exceptional communication and customer facing skills
- Active listener, customer focused, relationship builder, team player
- Strong follow-through, ability to drive to closure
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills
- Workday Pro Certification(s)
