This position is based in our group IT department within the business applications domain. You will join the 'core HR security and consultant retention' team, which manages the group-wide implementation of Workday core HR, security roles, compensation, and performance processes.
Your assignments: Based at our headquarters in Levallois-Perret, France, you will focus on performance, career development, and employee satisfaction processes throughout the group.
As our Workday performance expert, your responsibilities will involve:
- Collaborating with business stakeholders to write detailed business requirements specifications.
- Designing effective solutions for new projects that meet the group’s needs.
- Leading business workshops to introduce standard Workday approaches and best practices.
- Staying informed about new Workday releases, analysing their potential, and recommending relevant features.
- Identifying and suggesting improvements and optimisations to our current Workday implementation.
- Organising internal training sessions on new features and ensuring knowledge documentation is consistently maintained.
- Contributing to change management initiatives.
- Providing level 3 support for your process scope and maintaining the associated service catalogue.
We are looking for a candidate with a strong technical and functional background in Workday, combined with excellent interpersonal skills. The ideal profile includes:
- Expert knowledge of Workday Performance and Career modules, along with an understanding of Peakon.
- A solid grasp of Workday best practices.
- Technical proficiency with EIB, Google Slides, and Google Sheets.
- Fluency in English is required.
- Demonstrated ability to animate workshops and deliver engaging training sessions.
- Clear and didactic written communication skills.
- A proactive, rigorous, and quality-focused mindset, with strong pedagogical abilities.
