BryceTech is seeking a Workforce Planning Specialist to support our federal government client. The candidate will be responsible for:
- Collaborating on position management reviews.
- Creating and executing a succession planning strategy.
- Analyzing workforce supply and demand.
- Compiling and analyzing workforce trend data.
- Creating and updating Power BI dashboards.
- Developing reports that integrate complex datasets.
- Applying advanced Excel functions.
- Providing evidence-based recommendations on staffing levels.
- Developing project schedules and presentations.
- Scheduling and facilitating stakeholder meetings.
- Supporting stakeholder communications.
- Documenting processes related to position management.
- Graduate degree with 6 years of experience, or a bachelor’s degree with 8 years of experience.
- Demonstrated knowledge of workforce planning and succession planning.
- Expert knowledge of federal human capital business management.
- Strong experience in federal HR data management systems; NASA experience preferred.
- Proven ability to analyze workforce data.
- Experience conducting research and providing consultation on HR matters.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Project, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
