Full-Time Working Student in Talent Management

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Working Student for our Talent Management team, supporting learning and development initiatives. This remote role offers flexible working hours (15–20 per week).

What you will be doing:

• Coordinate and administer learning and development programs, ensuring accurate documentation and record-keeping.
• Plan, schedule, and communicate learning opportunities via SharePoint and other internal communication channels.
• Help test and experiment with new learning and engagement formats, tools, and technologies.
• Support the evaluation and feedback processes for learning programs to drive continuous improvement.
• Update existing training content and assist in developing new, engaging learning resources.
• Coordinate cross-functional initiatives (wellbeing programs, employee pulse checks, development activities).
• Communicate with managers and business leaders to promote learning opportunities.
• Create compelling presentations and materials.

Qualifications:

• Enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program (Business, Psychology, HR, Communications, or related).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proactive, flexible, and self-driven.
• Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint and the full MS Office suite.
• Interest in AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot).
• Open-minded, curious, and eager to contribute to a collaborative team.
