About YouAs the Abnormal University Operations Program Manager, you will manage operational aspects of our GTM training program to drive success across Sales and Go-To-Market (GTM) teams. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless tracking and delivery of individualized training plans. This includes eLearning curriculum, ILT sessions, live sessions, and scorecards for Account Executives and GTM sales team, creating a personalized training experience.
You excel at organizing data to create customized curriculum plans and communicating the value to ensure completion. You are quick to learn, a strong collaborator, and detail-oriented. You enjoy working with data and using tools to build efficiencies in managing and reporting.
Excellent multitasking skills, self-motivated, and capable of working independently and within cross-functional teams in a fast-paced startup environment.
Role Responsibilities
- Manage and track program initiatives, including new hire onboarding (ILT sessions, bootcamps, eLearning completion) and reinforcement training.
- Ensure training activities are executed flawlessly and achieve high engagement and completion rates.
- Manage program logistics (scheduling, budgeting, vendor management, participant registration).
- Develop evaluation plans to measure the effectiveness of learning programs on knowledge acquisition, skill development, and commercial outcomes.
- Develop personalized training paths for each team member based on their roles and development needs.
- Drive adoption and communicate the value of these personalized programs.
- Stay up-to-date on best practices in sales enablement and curriculum design.
- Regularly assess and refine training programs for maximum effectiveness.
- Track and analyze training metrics (attendance, engagement, completion).
- Use data to identify trends, create reports, and recommend improvements.
- Extract insights from data to optimize the learning journey of the GTM team.
- Leverage enablement tools, learning management systems, and other platforms to enhance operational efficiency.
- Work closely with GTM teams, Field Enablement, and other stakeholders to align on training needs.
Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in sales enablement, training program management, or a similar role.
- Experience managing complex programs in a matrixed, cross-functional environment.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects.
- Proficiency with data analytics tools and CRM/enablement platforms; strong Excel or data visualization skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
