We are looking for a passionate, self-motivated, business-savvy Sales Account Executive to join our team.
This is an exciting opportunity to utilize your solution selling skills to drive business within named accounts in the Architecture, Engineering, Construction (AEC) sector.
You'll collaborate with pre-sales, customer success, and professional services teams to be a trusted advisor, delivering solutions beyond software.
Experience Required:
- 5+ years direct sales experience selling software solutions to mid-size and large enterprises
- Proven track record in new business development and exceeding sales targets
- Proven hunter mentality and sales success
- Strong business acumen and ability to converse with all levels
- Excellent problem-solving, negotiation, and closing skills
- Ability to manage the entire sales process
- Strong verbal and written communication skills and CRM usage
- Multi-product/services selling experience is a plus
- AEC sector experience is a plus
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent is a plus

Compensation: Year 1 Total Compensation (base salary + commissions) $75,000 - $200,000+
