We’re hiring a SaaS Sales Leader
We’re looking for a leader to drive sales in the small and mid-market segment. Strong leadership skills, building relationships, and closing big deals are key.
Experience
- Built and scaled B2B SaaS sales engines.
- Led teams, closed deals, automated, optimized, and strategized.

Challenges
- Build and lead a high-performing sales team focused on the middle market.
- Set up scalable, data-driven, automated sales processes.
- Work with marketing & SDR teams to generate revenue and opportunities.
- Improve pipeline quality, optimize conversion rates, and shorten sales cycles.
- Drive new verticals, customer acquisition, and industry expansion.
- Own forecasts, KPIs, targets, and growth.
- Coach and mentor team performance.
Who are we looking for?
- Minimum 5+ years of B2B SaaS experience, and 3+ years leading a team.
- Strategic operator with CRM (HubSpot), SaaS metrics (LTV, CAC, MRR, churn) knowledge.
- Strong team-building, coaching, and inspiring skills.
- Cross-functional collaboration with sales, product, marketing, and operations.
- Ambitious, communicative, proactive individual.
- Fluent in Polish and English (C1/C2).
- Scaling from PL to international markets is a plus.
